Why Us?
- The program will support operational improvement by providing frequent updates for department level workforce and productivity by using the OV platform to display data, trends and offer solution sets to mitigate or eliminate negative outcomes.
- The program will be delivered to the staff in person and /or remote and provide nursing continuing education units (CEUs) for completing the program.
- Participants will identify their own opportunities and review and celebrate with senior leadership.
